Why Weekends
Keep your weekdays for work.
PRINCE2 Weekends is for people who want live, instructor-led training without taking several weekdays away from work.
Saturday + Sunday · Live online · Taught personally by Andrew Sills
Weekend training is not automatically better than weekday training. It is simply a better fit for some people.
Weekend or Weekday
Choose the format that fits your situation.
A weekday course may suit you if
- Your employer gives you paid training leave
- You can step away from work without using annual leave or losing income.
- You need certification urgently
- An intensive weekday course may get you through the training more quickly.
- You prefer concentrated learning
- Some learners simply prefer consecutive weekday delivery.
Weekend training may suit you if
- Taking weekdays away from work is difficult
- Keep your normal working week intact.
- You are self-funding, contracting or consulting
- Weekend delivery can avoid sacrificing working days that you would otherwise use for paid work.
- You need training to fit around existing commitments
- Use a defined Saturday and Sunday rather than reorganising your working week.
The aim is not to persuade everyone to study at weekends. It is to give people another credible option.
Built Around the Weekend Learner
More than a different day of the week.
Keep your weekdays free
Train on Saturday and Sunday without taking several working days away from your job.
Learn live
Ask questions, discuss examples and work through PRINCE2 with Andrew rather than studying alone from recorded material.
Access your trainer
Speak with Andrew before the course, throughout the live weekend and afterwards when you need guidance.
Weekend by Design
This isn't a weekday course moved to Saturday.
One course per weekend
Foundation and Practitioner are separate courses, each delivered across its own Saturday and Sunday.
Live and interactive
There is room to ask questions, discuss examples and participate throughout the weekend.
Published dates
Choose the advertised weekend that works for you before you reserve your place.
Reserve without paying upfront
No payment is required when you reserve. Payment is requested only after the course has reached minimum enrolment and is confirmed.
Is This For You?
Weekend learning works well for some people. Not everyone.
PRINCE2 Weekends may suit you if
- You work full-time.
- You are self-funding.
- You are a contractor or consultant.
- You have limited annual leave.
- You want live training rather than self-paced study.
- You value direct access to your trainer.
Another format may suit you better if
- Your employer gives you paid study leave.
- You need certification within a few days.
- You strongly prefer an intensive weekday course.
- You do not want to use weekends for study.
That's fine. The right training format is the one you can realistically commit to.
Choose the PRINCE2® route that fits you.
Start with Foundation if you're new to PRINCE2. Continue with Practitioner once you've completed Foundation, or take both as separate live weekends.
Choose a published weekend and reserve your place without payment.
