The Reality
You already know PRINCE2 would strengthen your career. The problem is finding a way to actually get it done.
You may already have seen PRINCE2 appearing on job adverts, promotion requirements or project management career paths. If you are self-funding your certification, the practical questions usually get in the way:
- You can't take a full week off work to attend a classroom course.
- Self-paced online courses look cheaper, but most people never finish them.
- The official manual is dense and difficult to learn from on your own.
- You're not sure whether you'll pass, and you don't want to pay twice.
- You want to ask a real trainer questions, not search forums at 11pm.
- You are not sure whether PRINCE2 Foundation is the right starting point.
That is exactly why PRINCE2 Weekends exists. The course is built around working professionals who want a structured, trainer-led path to certification without disrupting their job, their family or their evenings.
Self-assessment
Is This Right For You?

Your trainer
Taught directly by Andrew Sills
Every PRINCE2 Weekend is delivered personally by Andrew. You are not handed off to a junior trainer or a recorded video library.
Andrew has delivered PRINCE2 training to professionals across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Asia, in industries ranging from financial services to engineering and the public sector.
He built PRINCE2 Weekends because he kept meeting capable professionals who wanted the certification but could not fit a weekday course around their job. The weekend format, the reservation-first model and the direct access are all designed around that learner, not around a training company's calendar.
When you reserve a place, you are reserving time with Andrew.
- PeopleCert Accredited PRINCE2 Trainer
- UK, Europe, Middle East and Asia delivery

Real learner feedback
What learners say
“Andrew engaged with the class well and kept the learning material interesting by applying it to his own real world experience. He balanced group and individual exercises well and made himself available throughout the course to answer any questions.”
“Andrew was an absolutely amazing trainer. He was very patient, and if we didn't understand something he would find another way of explaining it so that it made sense. He really tailored the programme to suit our group and learning styles.”
Reserving a place is a conversation, not a transaction.

Common questions
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need any prior PRINCE2 knowledge?+
No. Foundation is the entry-level certification and assumes no previous PRINCE2 experience.
Is this course live, or is it pre-recorded?+
It is fully live. Andrew teaches every session personally. You can ask questions in real time.
What if I can't attend one of the sessions?+
Speak with Andrew when you reserve. Because the cohort is small and trainer-led, he can usually accommodate sensible adjustments or move you to a later weekend.
Is the exam included?+
Yes. The official PRINCE2 Foundation exam is included in the single course fee.
What happens if I don't pass?+
Andrew will support you with revision and guidance. Resit policy is explained in full before you confirm your booking.
Do I have to pay when I reserve?+
No. Reservation holds your place while you and Andrew discuss dates and any questions. Payment is only arranged once you decide to proceed.
Why weekends?+
Because most of the people I train are working full time and self-funding the course. Taking a week off work is not realistic for them. — Andrew
Why not learn from the manual on my own?+
You can. Most people who try do not finish, and many who do still struggle with the exam. A live trainer shortens the path significantly.
