PRINCE2 Weekends is an independent training brand founded by Andrew Sills and operated by Impact Talent Partners Limited. The brand delivers PRINCE2 Project Management and PRINCE2 Agile courses on weekends to working professionals across the United Kingdom and internationally.

PRINCE2 Project Management Foundation and Practitioner courses are delivered by Andrew Sills in partnership with Learners Ink, a PeopleCert Accredited Training Organisation. Official PRINCE2 courseware and certification examinations are supplied through Learners Ink.

PRINCE2 Weekends is not itself an Accredited Training Organisation. Accreditation rests with Learners Ink.

Places are held by submitting a reservation. Reservations are used to assess demand and hold places. A course is confirmed only once minimum enrolment numbers are reached, at which point Impact Talent Partners Limited will issue a written course-confirmation notice and request payment. A learner’s place is fully confirmed once payment has been received.

Delegates are responsible for ensuring that the course chosen is appropriate for their experience and career objectives. If you are unsure, you are encouraged to speak with Andrew before submitting a reservation.

Course dates, locations and delivery formats are published on the PRINCE2 Weekends website and may be updated from time to time.

Where a scheduled date does not reach minimum enrolment numbers, Impact Talent Partners Limited reserves the right to reschedule the cohort. Affected reservations will be transferred to the next available date or, at the learner’s option, released with no payment due.

Payment is requested only after a course is confirmed. Once a course-confirmation notice has been issued, full payment is required prior to course attendance unless an alternative written arrangement has been agreed. All confirmed-course fees are inclusive of official PRINCE2 courseware and the relevant certification examination voucher unless stated otherwise at the time of reservation. Payments and invoices are issued through Impact Talent Partners Limited.

Reservations may be withdrawn at any time prior to course confirmation at no cost. The cancellation windows below apply only after a course has been confirmed and payment has been requested.

For confirmed courses, cancellations made more than 21 days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund, less any non-recoverable third-party costs (such as examination vouchers already issued).

For confirmed courses, cancellations made between 21 and 7 days before the course are eligible for a 50% refund or a transfer to a future course. Cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date are non-refundable.

Reservations on unconfirmed cohorts can be moved freely between scheduled dates while demand is being assessed.

For confirmed courses, delegates may request to transfer to a future course date subject to availability. One free transfer is permitted if requested more than 14 days before the original course start date. Subsequent transfers, or transfers requested closer to the start date, may incur an administration fee.

Examination vouchers are issued once a course is confirmed and payment is completed. They are not issued at reservation stage. Vouchers are issued by Learners Ink as part of the accredited course and are typically valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Delegates are responsible for scheduling and sitting their examinations within the validity period. Lost or expired vouchers cannot be refunded.

Full attendance is required for delegates intending to sit the Practitioner examination. Delegates are expected to engage with pre-course reading and exercises as advised. Failure to attend the full course may affect examination eligibility.

Official PRINCE2 courseware is the intellectual property of PeopleCert and is supplied to delegates through Learners Ink for personal study only. All website content, including written guidance authored by Andrew Sills, is the property of Impact Talent Partners Limited and may not be reproduced without written permission. PRINCE2® is a registered trademark of PeopleCert.

Impact Talent Partners Limited will use reasonable skill and care in delivering training services. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising in connection with any course shall not exceed the fees paid by the delegate for that course. We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

We aim to resolve any concerns quickly and fairly. Complaints should be submitted in writing to Impact Talent Partners Limited using the contact details below. We will acknowledge receipt within 5 working days and provide a substantive response within 20 working days.

Payments, invoices and contractual arrangements are issued through Impact Talent Partners Limited. Official PRINCE2 courseware and examinations are supplied through Learners Ink, a PeopleCert Accredited Training Organisation.
