The PRINCE2 Weekends website uses a small number of essential technologies that are required for the site to work and for reservation and contact forms to be submitted safely. Analytics cookies are optional. They are only set if you accept analytics in the cookie banner or in Cookie Settings. Analytics cookies are not required for the website, the reservation process or the contact forms to work, and rejecting them does not limit your use of the site in any way.

If you reject analytics, no analytics cookies are set and no analytics information is collected.

PRINCE2 Weekends uses Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, to measure how the website is used.

Google Analytics 4 is completely blocked until you accept analytics. Before consent, the Google Analytics script is not loaded, no analytics request is sent, no Google Analytics cookie is created and no measurement events are recorded. If you reject analytics, Google Analytics remains unloaded.

If you accept analytics, Google Analytics 4 records page views and a small number of events that tell us how the reservation and contact journeys are performing, for example when a reserve link is selected, when a reservation is started or submitted, and when a contact form is submitted. These events are not designed to carry your name, email address, telephone number or anything you type into an enquiry or reservation form.

Analytics information includes technical and pseudonymous identifiers such as a randomly generated analytics identifier, approximate location, device and browser information. We do not describe this information as completely anonymous. You can also opt out using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Cloudflare Turnstile is used on the reservation and contact forms to distinguish genuine visitors from automated traffic. Turnstile is loaded as part of the security of those forms and may store technical information required to complete that check.

Google Analytics 4, described above, is the only optional third-party service and only operates where you have accepted analytics.

Cookie Settings is the main way to manage your choice on this website. You can open it at any time to review your current analytics preference, accept optional analytics, reject optional analytics or change a choice you made earlier. Your preference takes effect immediately.
