How Reservations Work

How Reservations Work

Most PRINCE2 training providers ask you to pay immediately or submit an enquiry and wait for a sales adviser to contact you.

Reserve your place without payment and Andrew will personally help you understand the course, answer your questions and guide you through the next steps before any payment is requested.

  • No payment required to reserve
  • Speak directly with Andrew
  • No sales calls
  • Official PeopleCert exam included
  • No VAT payable

Two Different Approaches to PRINCE2 Training

Traditional Training Provider

  • You choose a course date and pay when you book
  • Payment is taken before you speak with the trainer
  • Fixed dates, whether they suit your schedule or not
  • Little opportunity to ask questions before committing

PRINCE2 Weekends

  • Reserve your place first with no payment
  • Speak directly with Andrew before deciding
  • Ask questions and understand how the course works
  • Only pay once Andrew confirms the course and proposed dates

PRINCE2 Weekends lets you reserve first and speak with Andrew before committing financially.

How It Works

Why I Created PRINCE2 Weekends This Way

Andrew Sills, PRINCE2 trainer

Andrew Sills

PeopleCert Accredited Trainer

One thing that always frustrated me when I was paying for my own training was not being able to speak to the person who would actually be teaching the course.

I could usually speak to someone in sales. They could tell me the dates, the price and how to book. But when I wanted to ask things like:

Is this course right for someone with my experience?

How much study will I realistically need to do?

What do learners normally struggle with?

What are the exams actually like?

the person on the phone often couldn’t answer.

Those answers sat with the trainer.

Over the years I’ve paid for a lot of professional qualifications and training courses. I always felt more comfortable when I could speak directly with the person delivering the training before making a decision.

That’s the thinking behind PRINCE2 Weekends.

If you’re interested in a course, you can reserve a place without making a payment, speak directly with me, ask whatever questions you have and decide whether it’s right for you.

If the course goes ahead and you’re happy to proceed, I’ll confirm the dates, provide the joining information and arrange payment at that point.

It’s a simple approach, but it’s the approach I would have wanted as a learner.

Frequently asked questions

Is my place guaranteed?

A reservation registers your interest. It becomes a confirmed place once the course reaches enough learners and you decide to proceed.

Why not take payment immediately?

Because a confirmed course does not exist yet. Payment is only requested once dates are set and you are ready to go ahead.

Will Andrew contact me?

Yes.

Once you reserve a place, I will personally get in touch to answer any questions you may have and help you decide whether the course is right for you.

Is this a sales call?

No.

You will be speaking directly with me, the trainer, not a salesperson. The purpose is simply to help you decide whether the course is right for you.

What happens if a course is not confirmed?

You can stay on the reservation list for a future course or withdraw without any payment obligation.
